Metabee  Ltd owns and operates the website/application located at https://www.metabee.com ("Metabee"). These terms and conditions of use will apply to all Business Partners (as defined below) who use the Service.

By registering as a Business Partner on Metabee you indicate your acceptance of these Business Partner Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not continue your use of Metabee or the Services as a Business Partner and may be deregistered as a Business Partner at Metabee’s sole discretion. These Business Partner terms may be amended or updated by Metabee from time to time and may have changed since your last visit to Metabee. It is your responsibility to review these Business Partner Terms for any changes. Your use after any amendments or updates of these terms of use shall signify your assent to and acceptance of such revised terms. Any new features that may be added to Metabee from time to time will be subject to these terms of use unless stated otherwise, which will be sent to you as these updates are made. If you are agreeing to these terms of use on behalf of an entity, you hereby represent and warrant that you have all necessary permissions and authority to agree to these terms of use and to bind the entity to its terms. In order to use Metabee and the Services, you may be required to provide certain information, including personal information. All personal information you provide will be treated in accordance with the Privacy Policy, the terms of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement.

Definition: For the purposes of this Agreement, in addition to the capitalized terms defined elsewhere in this Agreement, the following terms shall have the following meanings:

Agreement

Agreement means the Sign-Up/Registration Form and these Business Partner Terms of Service (as updated from time to time).

Service Changes by Metabee

Metabee reserves the right to alter, suspend, or discontinue the Service or the Platform at any time and for any reason or no reason without any liability to Business Partner. In such cases, Metabee will endeavor to give notice of such changes. The Service may also be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance or malfunction of the computer or network equipment or other reasons. Metabee may periodically add or update the information and materials on the Platform without notice.
